Word of the Week: Justice-Driven Performance Reviews

By: Cole

Definition:

Justice-Driven Performance Reviews are employee evaluation systems intentionally designed to prioritize fairness, equity, and inclusion in the assessment process. Unlike traditional performance reviews that may unintentionally reinforce bias or ignore systemic barriers, justice-driven reviews integrate DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) principles to ensure evaluations are transparent, consistent, and culturally responsive.
