If you weren’t able to make our August Brown bag, you missed some great insights and conversation! Our topic was how do you bring your values to work. We discussed how we bring our core values to the office and how we respond in uncomfortable situations. We talked about appropriate responses and behaviors that not only protects your values, but also challenges others to think more openly and maintain professionalism.
We committed to acknowledging the people around us and to be mindful of the ideals and perceptions that people have as we interact with one another.
