In a show of solidarity in alignment with our continued effort to build connections between affinity groups focusing of diversity, equity and inclusion work, DiversifyIT will be facilitating its first InterAffinity Art Project with the Duke AAPI Affinity Group during their AAPI Heritage Month Celebration event on 5/6/2023. We will be kicking off a two-part paint party where we will paint half of a six 2’x 2′ panel art installation with Duke AAPI Affinity Group members and the community. The second half of the art project will be painted at Duke TechExpo Friday May 19th from 11AM-2PM
The Duke AAPI Affinity Group will be hosting its second AAPI Heritage Celebration for AAPI colleagues and allies on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 11a-2p.
